We accept various payment means including but not limited to FPS (Faster Payment System), Bank Transfer, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UnionPay), Electronic Wallets (Alipay, Wechat Pay) or other available method via a reliable third-party electronic payment service provider. You will be redirected to the payment gateway website when you make the payment upon checking out.

If your credit or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the site, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a different currency other than the currency of your purchase as displayed on the site.
16. Order Delivery
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form, we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.
Nectar Flowers will endeavor to dispatch your order safely and on time. However delivery time could be affected due to weather or traffic conditions or force majeure and/or unforeseen situations like black rainstorm signal has been raised and/or authorities issue typhoon signal number 8 or higher, we shall notify you of such delay as soon as possible or for re-arrangement purpose.

In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery or refusal to accept item/s by the recipient, it will still be considered as delivered. Delivery charges are for one delivery attempt only. If redelivery is needed, the purchaser will be charged with additional cost $200.
