FLOWER DELIVERY

Same day delivery available for selected styles

Order before 12 noon; earliest delivery same day 2pm – 7pm.

Order before 5pm; earliest delivery next day 11am – 2pm.

Order before 12 midnight; earliest delivery next day 2pm – 7pm.

Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:

Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):

Order before 12 noon; earliest delivery next day 11am – 2pm.

Order before 5pm; earliest delivery next day 2pm – 7pm.

Order after 5pm; orders will be processed on the next day and therefore earliest delivery is the day after.

If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.

For delivery to locations that are not available at checkout, please give us a call to discuss individual delivery schedules and charges.

International delivery is not available.

NON-FLORAL ITEMS DELIVERY

Our delivery service is available within 2 business days.

Deliveries are scheduled either between 11am and 2pm, or between 2pm and 7pm.

If an express delivery or a specific delivery time is required, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.

All hardgoods are available to be picked up at Sheung Wan store after 1 business day of order confirmation.

Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated timeframe due to fault of our own, we will contact you to
re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.
