By visiting this site and purchasing a product from us and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by the below Terms & Conditions as well as any additional policies provided on this website including those referenced herein.

All information on the site is an invitation to treat only and is not an offer or unilateral contract. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order from us. All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability to you.

7. Product Seasonality

All of our flower products are individually crafted from the best blossoms daily. If any flower shown is unavailable for any reason, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value in similar colour to ensure timely delivery.

8. Product Display

Variations in the display properties of the computer hardware you use to view the site may mean that the colours, measurements of the Products displayed on the site and the Products delivered to you may differ in appearance in minor respects.

9. Product Pricings

We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the site is correct. Occasionally, however, an error may occur and products may be mispriced. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not be obliged to supply Products at an incorrect price. Nectar Flowers may vary the prices of products listed on the site at any time and without any notice.

10. variations and seasonality

All images shown on this site are for representation purpose only. Flowers and plants are natural products and each bouquet or arrangement is made by hand, therefore no two orders will look the same. Flowers or plants may vary slightly in size and colour to those pictured. These are not faults and we cannot accept exchanges if you are unhappy with the colouring of individual flowers or plants.

Due to seasonal availabilities, some flowers/plants may be substituted for a flower/plant of equal beauty, quality and price.

Images are not to scale; we have provided approximate dimensions for all items to guide you on your choice of size.
By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that there may be variations between images and products produced.

11. Order Placement

Once your order has been placed, cancellations of orders are not accepted. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review all information carefully, including the delivery address and recipient details and contact us immediately at (852) 6342 2925 and [email protected] if any information is incorrect. If you wish to change your order, 48 hours notice (prior to delivery date) is required.

12. Payment Means

We accept various payment means including but not limited to FPS (Faster Payment System), Bank Transfer, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UnionPay), Electronic Wallets (Alipay, Wechat Pay) or other available method via a reliable third-party electronic payment service provider. You will be redirected to the payment gateway website when you make the payment upon checking out.

13. Provision of Contact Info

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing details for all purchases made on this site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number so that we can contact you as needed to verify payment information.

14. Accuracy of Payment Info

You confirm that the credit or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us are correct and accurate. If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

15. Foreign Currency Transaction

If your credit or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the site, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a different currency other than the currency of your purchase as displayed on the site.

16. Order Delivery

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form, we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.


Nectar Flowers will endeavor to dispatch your order safely and on time. However delivery time could be affected due to weather or traffic conditions or force majeure and/or unforeseen situations like black rainstorm signal has been raised and/or authorities issue typhoon signal number 8 or higher, we shall notify you of such delay as soon as possible or for re-arrangement purpose.

17. Delivery Attempt

In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery or refusal to accept item/s by the recipient, it will still be considered as delivered. Delivery charges are for one delivery attempt only. If redelivery is needed, the purchaser will be charged with additional cost $200.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site and produced by Nectar Flowers including the website design, photographs, images, text, video, graphics, illustrations, proposals, workshops and product design are the intellectual property of Nectar Flowers. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, upload or otherwise distribute any of the content contained within this site without prior written consent and authorisation from Nectar Flowers.

All photographs on this site from third-parties credit the photographer where possible, if you have reason to believe your work is being used on this site without your permission please contact us directly to resolve the issue.

This site is for personal and non-commercial use only, images and/or content may be downloaded for personal use only, if shared to third-parties including your personal social media accounts you must acknowledge Nectar Flowers and/or the photographer as the rightful owner and source of the material.

Nectar flowers reserves the right to take action against person/s responsible for any unauthorised use of content from this site.

Nectar Flowers does not guarantee that the use of our service or this site will be error-free. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and we recommend that all users have their own security measures in place including up-to-date software and anti virus installed.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Nectar Flowers, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from any breech of the Terms & Conditions by you, or any person using your account regardless of your actions or inactions.
